Methodist Ministers Housing Society – Kitchen Upgrade

Scope of works: remove existing units and install a complete new kitchen for Methodist Ministers Housing Society, Porthleven, including an electrical upgrade, tiling, decoration works and new floor covering.

8 Clift Court, Truro – Kitchen Upgrade – The property is owed by the local authority.

Scope of works: Installing a new kitchen, full services test, tiling and decoration works. We attended the pre-inspection and met the tenant to consult on what kitchen choice he wanted, paint colour and set an agreed start date etc.

40 Horizon, Sennen – Voids Maintenance – The property is owned by a Regional Housing Association.

Scope of works: Evolution pre-inspection to scope the works to the client’s re-let standard, carryout the maintenance works to meet the re-let standard including painting, garden maintenance, full services test, full clean throughout.  We attended the post-inspection with the client who was very pleased with the finished product.

9 Badgers, Saltash – Voids Maintenance – The property is owned by a Regional Housing Association.

Scope of works: Evolution pre-inspection to scope the works to the client’s re-let standard, carryout the maintenance works to meet the re-let standard including full redecoration works, garden alterations and maintenance, flooring works, full services test, full clean throughout.  We attended the post-inspection with the client who was very pleased with the finished product.

Camborne Science & International Academy – Schools Maintenance.

Scope of works: Furniture in 5 Classrooms – sand, prepare and varnish fixed & non-fixed furniture. With all the control measures required working in a live school environment.
